The match opens quickly. Ezekial whips Sirus Moran and gets shoulder blocked down. He's up fast, gets a low-blow off on Sirus and hits him with a DDT. The cover... 1... kick. Ezekial picks Sirus Moran up, but Sirus takes control with kick to the midsection and a bodyslam. Sirus picks him, whips him into the ropes and shoulder blocks him again. Sirus Moran grabs him by his ankles and stops his groin. Ezekial screams for him to stop, but Sirus stomps again, just to spite him. Sirus Moran picks him up and gorilla presses him. The match is one sided from there. Sirus hits him with a powerbomb and gets, somehow, only a 2 count. He picks Ezekial up, but Ezekial comes up fast and head butts him. Sirus Moran, temporarily stunned, gets speared into the corner. Ezekial heaves him up top and tries for a superplex. Sirus jabs him in the ribs, heaves him up and reverse suplexes him onto his stomach for the 3 count.

The match starts off with Showtime firmly in control, dominating the more experienced Nightstryker. Showtime debuts a new move, hoisting Nightstryker up in a waistlock, like in a powerbomb, then releasing him at the top and catching him with a reverse jawbreaker (Franchiser) on the way down. Showtime covers for two. Frustrated at the count, Showtime argues with the ref who insists it was only two. PH turns around right into a lariat from Nightstryker. Nightstryker picks up the offensive, whipping PH into the ropes and powerslamming him on the rebound. Nightstryker whips PH into the ropes again and ducks for a back body drop, but PH dives over for a sunset flip. Nightstryker isn't going to fall, so he sits down and hooks the legs for 2. Showtime rolls Nightstryker over for 2. Nightstryker rolls backwards and gets up, grabs Showtime's legs and locks on a sharpshooter. After a struggle, PH manages to get to the ropes and Nightstryker releases the hold. The two men trade punches and Showtime locks on a front face lock and tries for a suplex, but Nightstryker blocks it and counters with the Mindbender for the win.

As soon as they get into the ring they lock up. Silverback knees Chamelion in the stomach, lifts him up and headbutts him. The ref immediatly gets in his face and starts yelling at him, but Silverback pushes him back. Chamelion, meanwhile, staggers back bleeding above his eyebrow. Silverback tries to grab him but Chamelion rams a right hand into his stomach. Chamelion starts tenderizing his stomach with punches. Chamelion grabs him and whips him into the ropes. Silverback comes back and tries to shoulder block him, but Chamelion drops and drop-toe holds him. Chamelion sits on Silverback's back and grabs him a camel clutch. Silverback is waving his arms trying to the ropes. He seems to pass out after almost a minute. The ref checks his arm. One. Chamelion looses the hold a bit. He checks again. Two. Chamelion raises his hands in assumed victory but Silverback jumps up and falls backs, crushing Chamelion. Silverback stays on him and goes for the pin. 1... 2... Chamelion a gets shoulder up. Silverback lifts him up and blasts him with a right hand to the jaw, staggering him back. Silverback hits him with another one, dropping him to the mat. Silverback goes to pick Chamelion up but Chamelion hooks the back of his knee, dropping him to the mat. Chamelion runs into the ropes and baseball slides into his groin. Chamelion stands up and starts stomping on Silverback, who is writhing in pain. Chamelion climbs up top and hits an elbow drop on Silverback. Chamelion picks him up and sets him up for a powerbomb. He can only pull Silverback half-way up, then tosses him forward. Chamelion makes the cover and hooks the leg. 1...2... kick. Chamelion picks Silverback up but Silverback jumps up and throws his arms back. Silverback starts throwing right hands into his face. After 2 or 3 punches Chamelion blocks one and throws a punch back at him. Silverback punches him back and Chamelion counters with the same again. After a few more rounds, Chamelion goes for a punch and Silverback blocks, and punches him low in his abs. Chamelion buckles and Silverback hits him with Floors him, a powerbomb. Silverback goes for the pin...1...2...3!
Winner: Silverback
After the match, the MoA storms the ring and starts beating down Chamelion, leaving him battered in the middle of the ring. Suddenly, the Machine and X-Stacy walk down the ramp. Once he reaches the ring, he pulls a ladder from underneath it and sets it up in the ring, above Chamelion.
The Machine: Mark, when are you going to realize that on
the ladder of success, I'm at the top, and you... you my friend are stuck
underneath."
"You want to make a name for yourself in this community. You want to climb
the ladder of success? What better way than in a ladder match at this
interfederation event that I'm hearing so much about."
Chamelion makes an effort to say something.
The Machine: Shut up Sommers, get this straight. You're just another rung
for me to step on. So, write up that W4F contract of yours and I'll bring my JWA
contract. We'll stick both of those contracts high above the ring. IF you manage
to get a hold of those contracts, I work for you. WHEN I get a hold of those two

The matches opens with the grapple. FA gets a hammerlock, which Phoenix counters, and FA recounters, and Phoenix recounters, and kicks him in the stomach, then in the face when he buckles over.Phoenix whips him into the ropes, then runs himself. FA jumps over him and he continues running. On the way back, with his back still to Phoenix, FA tries to jump over him again, but Phoenix comes up underneath him, landing FA on his shoulders. Phoenix stands and quickly tilts back, hitting a backdrop on him. Phoenix climbs up top and goes for an elbowdrop. FA rolls and Phoenix lands hard. FA picks him up and whips him into the ropes. Phoenix holds the ropes and stops and FA misses Yakuza kick he was going for. Phoenix, with FA spun by the kick and his back facing Phoenix, grabs him and goes another backdrop type move. FA flips back off his shoulder, grabs the ropes and lands on the apron. Phoenix isn't sure what happened and looks around, confused, but with his back toward FA on the apron. FA springs off the top rope just as Phoenix turns and catches him a massive flipping neckbreaker. He makes the cover... 1... 2... kick. FA picks him up and whips him into the ropes and catches him in a spinebuster slam and goes for the pin again...1...2...thr-KICKOUT! FA picks him up and whips him into the corner, and follows up with a bodysplash. He chops Phoenix once. The audience "WOOO!"s.Another chop-- another "WOOO!". Phoenix suddenly grabs him and throws him into the corner. Phoenix shoulder blocks him in the corner a few times, then backs up and lets him drop the mat. Phoenix climbs up top and gets ready for the Ashes. FA gets up as Phoenix showboats and he runs into the ropes, causing Phoenix to fall and crotch himself. FA sets him up for a top-rope Frankenstein. The count...1...2...3!
