Both men entered the match and displayed skill from the start. It was a back and forth contest from the begining. Lynch got in several good moves that almost ended the match, but Ultros was able to kick out of each of them. In the end it was Ultros' 'All that Glitters' that gave him the win.

After the match the arena lights go dark, a voice is heard over the loudspeaker....'Can you feel it?, and the sound of a heartbeat echos through the building, slowly fading out and 'Your Disease' by Saliva begins. The Pyros Explode, and Brian Andersen walks to the ring. Once there, he calls for a mic...
Andersen: I know all of you were hoping to see Cinergy take on Convict right now, but you're gunna have to listen to me for a second. Besides, the way I see it, Cinergy owes me one after the crap he pulled at Manitoba Mayhem! If he's lucky, I'll just leave it at this.
Now, ever since I came back at Mayhem, I've had a lot on my mind. Namely, this little turd burgler in a mask who's runnin' 'round claiming to be me! I'll have my chance at him at Battledome, and I guarentee you, it won't be a pretty sight!
But that's not why I'm tonight. Something's been bugging me for a long time now...
Andersen points to the ADCtron and it lights up to reaveal a video from a past Rampage showing Rage and the origional Ashe hanging from the ADCtron, crucified. The two men seem unconcious as the image fades to black.
Andersen: That! That was the single moment that started a chain of events which changed my life. And I have one group to blame for this...MoA! That's right, boys, you're on my list...and that isn't a list you want to be on. Just ask around. In fact, ask Styx! That is if you can find his f*#ked up ass! So, when I'm finished taking care of Robinson and his little kiddies, I'm coming
for a little pay back!
'Your Disease' starts again and Andersen leaves the ring.
The two men lock up and it's Cinergy with the upper hand early in the match. He pushes Convict into the ropes and hits him with a clothsline, knocking him out of the ring. The match spills to the outside with both men trading blows. Eventually, the two are back in the ring and it's Convict showing dominance this time. Convict locks on a sleeper hold, but Cinergy quickly drops to his knees, hitting Convict with a jawbreaker. Cinergy goes for 'The Bolt', but Convict blocks it, sends Cinegy into the ropes and hits 'The Jailbreaker' for the win.
Winner: Convict

As the lights dim in, the crowd gets covered by a shadow of blue. Suddenly the techno beginning of Moby's "The Blue light of the underwater sun" blast throughout the arena. Jay then enters through the entrance way and stands there. He looks around the arena with a smirk as he rubs his right hand around his left taped wrist. He then walks down the isle looking dead straight at his opponent. Quickly he slides under the bottom rope and goes on top of the left pole of turnbuckles to look over the crowd. Jay's attire consist of blue and black long tights and blue and black elbow pads with no shirt. Sometime, he will switch the color of his long tights from blue and black to green and black or white and black.

Tony Danza: Jay's doing what it takes early to wear Sirus down.
Lean Bean Miller: Yes, but Sirus is the champ, and has taken far more than a knee to the mid section in the past. Sirus back up now, charges Jay and lays him out with a clothsline. Jay immedietly to his feet, but Moran is there, putting the challenger in a headlock and pulls it tight. Jay lifts Sirus into the air and drops him on his back!

Lean Bean Miller: Jay worked for this shot and he's not about to let it go to waste. Jay capitolizes on the fallen Sirus, locking in a figure four!
Tony Danza: Jay's opening up an arsenal that we haven't seen before; he wants that belt!
Lean Bean Miller: Sirus reeling in pain as the challenger leans back, tightening the hold. The ref checking the champ, and Moran responds by shaking his ead 'No'. Slowly, Sirus starts to reverse the submission hold. The two men are on their sides as the champ swings his arms, trying to gain momentum.
Tony Danza: This could work...It's working! Sirus has reversed the hold!
Lean Bean Miller: Jay feels the pain of the reverse fugure four and breaks the hold. Sirus staggars to his feet as Jay does the same. The two men turn to face each other and Sirus nails Jay with a haymaker! Jay staggars back, shaking the cobwebs loose as the champ runs at him, sending him to the ground with a massive clothsline. Jay lays on the mat, staring up at the celing in a daze. Sirus walks over to him, looks around at the crowd nodding his head. He stands on Jays feet, grabs his arms, and slingshots Jay into the turnbuckle.
Tony Danza: Cherche la Vache!
Lean Bean Miller: Jay is out cold! Sirus goes for the cover and the ref is there for the count...1-2-3!
