Hi Mike!. 

For the "Places to Play" page: There is an Addams Family Pinball machine at the "All Amusement Fun 
Center" in Panorama City, California. It is located on 7888 Van Nuys Blvd.  Though 
unfortunately it just started having the problem of suddenly powering off when your 
score starts to get good :-(
