Welcome to this website, it is dedicated to preserving the legacy of a corporation who's production of audio equipment spans over seven decades. We started out providing information for EV's vintage speakers, but soon found that there were many that loved more than their speakers. On these pages we hope to preserve the legacy behind the name, that was created by people. Even though some of those people may be gone what they created is still with us and is their legacy, a legacy that we know of as Electro-Voice. We also want to share how EV's customers are using some of their older "vintage" equipment today.

Likewise Electrovoice is one of the most innovative audio companies ever, being the first at utilizing many forms of technology, like Theil/Small parameters, constant directivity horns, and more. You will also learn how this company has provided products of the highest quality in every price range, putting quality sound within reach of practically anyone that wanted it. Products of such high quality that some of them have been in operation every week for over half a century. And you will also learn how the very first ever portable PA system was coined the "Electric Voice" by its user, founding the name Electro Voice.
