Anne is one of the two keepers of the Doom Tree. She and the other Keeper, Alan, have come to Earth to steal human energy to feed the Doom Tree -- which is the source of their energy. Anne is the weaker of the two, and needs more energy than Alan to survive.
Anne is disguised as a junior high school student at Serena's school, and pretends to be Alan's sister. She is jealous of Serena because Alan is infatuated with her. That is, until she sees Darien, and develops a crush of her own.
