Basic Climbing Class

From Phoenix, drive North on Interstate 17 about 45 miles. Exit at Cordes Junction and continue into Prescott on Route 69. Near Prescott watch for the intersection of Route 89 coming in from the North. Turn right and go North on Route 89 for 3.4 miles to the traffic-circle intersection with Willow Lake Road/Watson Lake Road. Take Willow Lake Road West around the Willow Creek Reservoir to its end at Willow Creek Road. Turn right on Willow Creek Road 2.1 miles to Heritage Park Road. Go to 1617 Heritage Park Road to the entrance of Willow Lake RV & Camping Park. Follow the signs to the Park office to register and pay the camping fee. The Granite Dells begin just beyond the Park.
