So you're wondering who I am??

Well, here's more information than you probably ever wanted to know!! I was born Shannon Norah Noel Collum on March 20, 1981 in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. I still live there, and I'm attending the University of Alberta. I am a drama major, which is an indication of how much I like acting (I have been doing it for eight years now). I mostly act on the stage, but this past summer I was involved in the filming of a short movie that was screened on April 1st, 2000 at the Local Heroes Festival here in Edmonton. I like to listen to all types of music, as long as I can sing along to it. My favorite artists are: the Backstreet Boys (my favorite is Brian, if you haven't already figured that out), Savage Garden, Destiny' Child and Bon Jovi. The sports I like to participate in are horseback riding and volleyball. Unfortunately, because of my bad knees, I'm not able to do them very much anymore. I like to watch hockey on TV, but I can't play to save my life. I do follow the WHL fairly closely, but it's because both my cousin and my neighbour are players in the league. My cousin (Thomas Vicars) is a goaltender for the Seattle Thunderbirds, and my neighbour (Tyler Beechey) plays centre for the Kootenay Ice (used to be Edmonton Ice).

Horses are my favorite animals. I am an equestrian rider, but also have training in western. I have been riding since I was five years old.

Dirty Dancing is my favorite movie of all time. I have watched it sooooo many times. Who doesn't love it when Patrick Swayze says "Nobody puts Baby in a corner."?
