Well finally at last here's Colleen, the original Lady-In-Waiting as its been so long to get her on the website. I have known her for about 5 years now and if you are looking for a loyal friend with a slightly cheeky sense of humour then Colleen is the one, she originally comes from Essex, a county just north of London and from a place called Southend-On-Sea (often pronounced Sarfend) but she left all that sea air behind her and moved to Denbighshire in the heart of Wales to live with her partner and now they have moved to creamy Devon. She used to be a school teacher but is well educated and seems to be a Jackie of all trades as theres very little she seems to know about anything. Her favoutite hobbies/interests include Science Fiction, Drama, Comedy, Humour, Poetry, Music (especially Suzanne Vega & Kate Bush). Colleen has just finished a Counselling skills course and is still hoping to use her new skills on a full-time basis, she is a post-op girl and had her operation back towards the end of 2005. You will not find many better people that Colleen around to have a decent chat about anything such as Films and Art but she does have a very good sense of humour and is a truly wonderful person that I am very proud to call my friend. I finally got to meet her and Bea Morgan twice when I went to Devon and although she was shy in person at the start she eventually showed that she has a really lovely, warm, caring and very feminine nature and she contributed to a really wonderful few days. |
