BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Inspector Gadget premiered on Nickelodeon on October 5, 1983. Ther series is about Inspector Gadget, a bumbling police officer who has become gadgetized. He is helped by his niece Penny and her dog Brain as he muddles his way through things and luckily catches the bad guy in the end.
