Stagecoach Express etc.

The first vehicles bought specifically for use on Stagecoach Express services were Plaxton Interurbans based on the Premiere coach bodyshell. Some of the earliest, like Fife Buses 514 (M104 CCD) seen at Gateshead rally, had Dennis Javelin chassis	...but most had Volvo B10M-62 chassis. Bluebird 582 (N582 XSA) at Showbus 1997

Red & White 776 (R776 CDW) at Showbus 1999 with Stagecoach 2000 names	Cumberland 791 (R791 PAO) in Carlisle bus station in special Route 685 livery
Fife Buses 543 (R543 GSF) at Gallowgate Coach Station, Newcastle in the new Stagecoach livery	The first articulated vehicles for Stagecoach were two Jonckheere Mistral-bodied Volvo B10Ms for Fife Buses, including 562 (N562 SJF) at Gateshead rally
Latterly, Stagecoach Express vehicles have been delivered with Jonckheere Modulo bodies. Representing the type are East Midland 673 (R673 RWJ) at Teesside Running Day, Middlesbrough...	and Devon 808 (S808 BTT) at Showbus 1999

Some non-standard vehicles have also been used on Stagecoach Express services. Cumberland Volvo B10M-60/Plaxton Paramount 1137 (IIL 3507) at Carlisle bus station came from Western Buses	Cambus B10M-60/Plaxton Premiere 444 (ACZ 7494) at Cambridge railway station was formerly used on National Express services
United Counties B10M-62/Jonckheere Deauville 101 (L155 LBW) at Showbus 1999 previously operated on Stagecoach Oxford's Oxford Tube service...	as did Fife Buses Berkhof Excellence-bodied 523 (NSU 133) at Gateshead rally
Oxford MAN 24.350/Jonckheere Monaco 39 (T39 DJO) at Victoria represents the current vehicle type on the 'Tube

National Express and Scottish Citylink

Whilst Interurbans were delivered for Stagecoach Express work, Stagecoach also acquired Plaxton Expressliner 2s for National Express duties. Cumberland 131 (N131 VAO) is seen at Carlisle depot open day	Cambus 452 (N452 XVA) at Duxford in Express Shuttle livery
Busways 91 (N91 RVK) at Middlesbrough bus station in Flightlink livery	Bluebird 627 (P627 ESO) at Carlisle bus station
Midland Red 37 (R37 AKV) in Exeter bus station	Later National Express coaches used Jonckheere Mistral bodies. Express Shuttle-liveried East Kent 8901 (S901 CCD) leaving Victoria Coach Station
Busways 1 (1 JVK) at Middlesbrough bus station in Flightlink livery	Bluebird 679 (X679 NSE) leaving Dunfermline bus station on a Scottish Citylink service
Representing an earlier generation is Midland Red B10M-61/Plaxton Expressliner 20 (J455 FSR) in Exeter bus station	Glasgow 167 (R639 RSE) seen at St. Andrews Square, Edinburgh, is a Plaxton Interurban-bodied Volvo B10M previously used on Stagecoach Express duties
