| Gathering Strength From A Tree |
| Find a tree you like, and walk clockwise around it and say: "Oh Great Tree ancient one of the earth, Please grant and give my strength rebirth" Now sit on the ground with you back striaght up against the tree. Feel it's power running between the earth and the sky. See your body surrounded by the aura of the tree and feel this power filling you up with purely renewed strength. Listen to the tree for a while, leaves and branches swaying in the wind. When you feel that you are done, thank the tree. |
