Name of cocktail: Perfect Scorer

Ingredients:

(Serves 1)
30ml Galliano
60ml Perrier

Method:

1) Fill a tall chilled glass with ice. Add Galliano and top with Perrier.

Tip: Make sure you have highball glasses for alcohol mixes and lowball glasses for drinks served on the rocks (neat with ice).
