Name of dish: Nasi Lemak Ingredients: 3 bowls rice 1 litre santan (1 coconut) 1 tsp salt 4 pandan leaves (A) fried peanuts fried ikan bilis cucumber hard boiled egg Methods: 1) Clean rice and put in pot, add in pandan leaves. 2) Mix salt into santan and pour on rice evenly.
