Name of cookie: Coffee Butter Cookies Ingredients: 150g butter 50g icing sugar 1/4 tsp salt 250g plain flour 70ml fresh milk 1 tsp coffee paste Methods: 1) Mix ingredients and knead into a smooth dough. 2) Roll dough into thin slices and use mould cutter to cut out pattern. 3) Put cookies on a greased tray and bake at 180 degree celsius for 12 minutes.
