Tuesday October 28th, 2003... 1:35pm...

Today is a day for a self-indulgent little questionnaire.... But I'm editing it to make it shorter and less boring.

Firsts And Lasts...
FIRSTS

First best friend: Emily - we lived on the same street and went to pre-school together. I went to my first sleepover at her house too, when my little sister was born.. I was 3, but I still remember it.
First real memory of something: Playing in a "band" (with a whistle shaped like a parrot) in the alley behind my first house.
First date: I don't even know, to be honest. There was no definitive 'first'
First real kiss: Brian, ew, in.. 1999 I think?
First Break-up: Jimmy.. when I left to go to UBC. It was a good break-up, very mutual and non-break-up like.
First screen name: WoNdErGiRl. Yes, all in alternate caps like that too. Oh, I was rocking cool back in '93. And it was a decade ago and so it can't have been that cliche then. Plus, like, come on, I was 12.
First pet: Puss-Puss. No comments, please. It was actually my first word too.. yes, before I could say "mommy" and "daddy" I could say my cats' name.
First piercing/tattoo: I got my ears peirced in 1996 when I was in grade 10. I wanted to get them peirced when I was younger, but my evil parents wouldn't let me. When I got older I was a pathetic about it, but my friend Katie made me. I had let the holes grow out 2 years later.
First true love: Chris.. blah blah blah whatever. Sure made first year 'interesting'.
First play/musical/performance: My siblings and my cousins and I used to make up 'trampoline plays' when we were at my grandmother's house; we would have some sort of story and perform it for our parents and stuff while jumping on the trampoline. It was super fun

LASTS

Last big car ride: Big as in long on big as in a huge enormous car? Because I don't think I've ever been in a huge enormous car. Oh, well, the limo to the POP formal last year.
Last kiss: Justin and Curtis in early October. I forget which one I kissed last.
Last good cry: When I banged my knee really hard against my desk last week. It was cool actually, it's really satisfying to cry when you get hurt. I haven't done that in years
Last movie seen: Some cool Halloween movie on the Family channel. Kids movies are cool
Last crush: Welcome To Grade 7!! I guess my last 'crush' was Carlos. No one else in the recent past seems to qualify.
Last phone call: Jes, last night after she good home and saw that Val and I had decorated her apartment door for her birthday. We were going to deorate her whole apartment, but evidentally she locks her door now, sheesh.
Last tv show watched: I'm always watching TV. Right now "Murder she wrote" is playing in the background
Last cd played: The Chubbies - Play Me.
Last annoyance: the sorority, always the sorority

Wow-wee, wasn't that fun. Yes, yes it was. Or, hmm, maybe not. Anyways, I should be doing work right now. I' still not done my frigging law school applications!! And my house is such a mess...

I love my cats they are so beautiful. Puck is right now all curled up on the ouch looking adorable like he wasn't just out all night and making me miss hanging out with Tanya. Wait, let me take a webcam shot of him so you can all bask in his cuteness.
What the fuck, my webcam isn't working. What. the. hell.

Anyway, I just got back from the Peaches concert with Jes, and it was AWESOME. Awesomely awesome. I'd forgotten how much I love live music, and now I all want to be a rockstar. And she was so cool 'cause like, she all started out in this crazy tourquoise sequiny dress thing, and then she stripped down to her underwear and started climbing on shit, and then she stripped down even more, and then it turned out her underwear was a bathing suit so she rolled up up and wore that and then she put on some hot pink short shorts at some point. So holy shit! You know, she comes out on stage practically naked and then within half an hour has created 5 different outfits out of the nothingness. Yah, you all wish you could do that. She is my new idol.

Monday October 20th, 2003... 12:36pm...

I have noticed that I always seem to be writing around 12:30pm or 12:30am. I think that this is very weird.
I am at school. Yay Monday. Yay computer labs for unending internet fun. Who needs to do her existentialism readings. Me? Naaaah.
I stayed up late last night to finish off my gender history paper. I woke up this morning to proofread it and then print it off, ready to hand it in today, and realized that i had a new email from my gender history proof.. saying that she was sick that day, class was cancelled, and we didn't have to hand in our papers until Wednesday. Now, I'm glad i got the thing done and I'm glad I have extra proof-reading time (maybe I'll even start Working At My Full Potential For Once!) but HONESTLY! That is so annoying. To stay up late working only to discover that it was all for naught.

Other than that, life is annoying and frustrating. Mostly in regards to the fact that most people I know seem to be mentally retarded in some way. Or just plain bitchy/assholish..

But then again I get to go see the Peaches with Jes tommorow! That will be fun.

Oh, and
HAPPY BIRTHDAY SONIA!!
I love Sonia, she is so cool

Oh my god, I am so stressed. Law school applications are horrible. The stupid OUAC website is the slowest thing in the entire world, not to mention that it is beginning to make no sense. And I need to write all these 'personal statements' and get letters of reference and OH MY GOD I have no idea who to ask for one. NO IDEA. And the deadline is so soon and so I'm not going to get accepted anywhere and I will will spend the rest of my life watching tv and growing ever fatter. Oh, and not to mention I have no clue what the hell to write about for my philosophy essay that is due on Wednesday and so I am going to FAIL OUT OF SCHOOL.

I am going to die alone and be a failure!

Man, I think I love quizzila too much.

casablanca
"You must remember this, a kiss is still a
kiss". Your romance is Casablanca. A
classic story of love in trying times, chock
full of both cynicism and hope. You obviously
believe in true love, but you're also
constantly aware of practicality and societal
expectations. That's not always fun, but at
least it's realistic. Try not to let the Nazis
get you down too much.

What Romance Movie Best Represents Your Love Life?

But come on, is this me or what? Yah. Looking for truth at quizzila. How low I have sunk. And now I'm all impressed with myself 'cause I took another quiz which informed me that I am the "perfect girlfriend". Oh yah baby, that's right. I am perfection. Ah, online quizes.

Oooohh.. I want to make my own little quiz, like I did back in the good ol' days of slut pink. Hmm.. what shall my quiz be on? That is indeed the question...

Oh, and I still hate everything, but not so much 'cause I talked to good ol' Nur Nur tonight and she had me laughing my ass off. As usual!

And no, there is nothing particularly wrong today or whatever, just yah. Ugh, hate hate hate.

Yay, I am so funny:

STAND UP: You are a natural stand-up comedian. You watch the news with people, and when you give your opinions, people start laughing. They are not laughing at you, they are laughing because what you say is so TRUE. The world is a very funny place, full of natural comedy. All you do is repeat various humorous things that you notice from everyday life. Your unique perspective on the world is what makes you so funny. Of all the various comedy types, you may be the funniest of them all!
How funny are you?

I have made a most brilliant discovery. A bagel, toasted, plus cream cheese plus rasberry jam equals SO SO YUMMY

Other than that my life has been dull lately. I have an art history midterm which is stressing me out, plus a bunch of other work. But yay, Thanksgiving is coming up soon and I get to reeeeelax. In other news, I went out to the Cecil (a strip club) with Brande and Binhaifa last weekend, where we saw the COOLEST stripper chick. She had on the hottest black vinyl outfit thingie, and she was crazy double joined, and could hang upside down from one of those stripper poles and take off her bra. So Eugenia and I have decided that we want to take pole dancing lessons together (according to the September issue of Jane, there are classes such as these offered in some places. As well there should be.)

Yet another lunch hour spent dicking off in the computer labs
I realized in class today that ours is truly the most self absorbed generation that has ever existed
But hey, at least its fun.

Yah, I should for sure be studying right now but... I am sick of it. But I should be, so here is my pretense of it. Here is my the screenplay concept I came up with for my class, let me know what you think of it. Pretentious? Cliche? Yes/No?

Jack and Jill are engaged, but unbeknownst to Jill, Jack has been dating another women (Azazela). This mistress demands that Jack fetch her a vial of water from the top of Mt. Sophia after reading about its beautifying properties and celebrity status in the latest issue of Cosmo. Jack tells Jill to buy this vial for him.. she (somehow) discovers his infidelity, murders him, and throws his body off the top of the mountain.
