Vince Deal, an ex TV detective thinks he's as good as the character he once played on the hit 70's action show Braddock's Way, and now fancies himself an informant for Major Crime. When he stumbles upon a "hot tip" he is teamed with Jim, Blair and Megan in an undercover operation and proceeds to drive them nuts.
