Nickblurb, addendum to 4/13/02
You know, I just realized that I had written "role of film" in the first update blurb. This proves to me that no one reads this site, because I can't imagine getting away with that for a month otherwise. Phooey.
Nickblurb for 4/13/02--
I got the chest pictures up finally, although I've already shown them to most of the people I can think of who might ever come to this site. (!) Still, I can't even remember all the times that I accidentally (or in a frenzy of passion) deleted pics off of my hard drive, become very upset, and then rejoiced when I remembered that they were floating around somewhere in my geocities account.
I also got Sheepy Tales 1 up, although, as is typical of any remake, it pales in comparison to the original.
Nickblurb for 3/14/02--
Okay, well, I figured that since I'm up at 0147 and reading other people's webpages, I might as well update my own. I still don't have any pictures to put up, but as soon as my roommate finishes his current roll of film, I should at last have some chest surgery photos to show.
I recently discovered, in my dresser drawer, a book I bought Julien for her birthday year before last called An Almanac of Words At Play, but Willard Espy. I realized, as I was looking at it, that it was one of those instances of buying something you want for someone else, just to have it around. It's a good thing she didn't think enough of it (or me) to take it with her when she moved. Hmm. At any rate, I'm finding it enormously enjoyable, and it would be nice to have someone to share it with. On that note, I present you with the following Spoonerisms which have been attributed to William Spooner, but were probably the fault of someone else, or several someone elses. All of the following can be found in An Almanac of Words At Play and I am not responsible for any of it.
-- Calling on the dean of Christ Church, he[Dr. Spooner] inquired, "Is the bean dizzy?"
-- Visiting a friend who had just acquired a country cottage, he congratulated him on his, "nosey little cook."
And, of course, I love the idea of idea of a television announcer saying that the fog was "as thick as sea poop."
Now, back to the updating.
