Poem
I hold in my hands a box of gold
with a secret inside that has never been
told.
The box is priceless, but as I see
the treasure inside is far more precious to
me.
Today I share this treasure with thee.
It's the treasure of friendship you've given
to me.

If nobody smiled and nobody cared and
nobody helped us along. If every moment looked after itself and good
things always went to the strong; If nobody thought just a little about
you and nobody cared about me, and we stood alone in the battle of
life. What a dreary old world this would be Life is sweet, just because
of friends we have made and the things which in common we share. We
want to live on, not because of ourselves, but because of the people who
care. It is doing and giving for somebody else on which all of life's
splendor depends The joy of this world, when you've summed it all up,
is found in the making of friends.

Water down sinus headaches

Just hold your wrists under running hot tap
water for three minutes, then switch to cold for 30 seconds.

that he always feels instant relief. T. Michael Culp,
N.D., Healthy Living's consulting naturopath, says the best
way to beat the misery of sinusitis is "to shunt blood and
heat away from the head." In this case, the hot water draws
blood to the hands; you can also transport it to your toes by
soaking your feet in hot water while at the same time applying
a cold cloth to the back of your
neck. | |

Did
you Know?
Micro electronic impulses that are collected in the nervous
system along the spinal cord, are released from the body by standing
barefoot on the ground! Standing barefoot on the ground (not pavement)
acts just like the grounding plug found on all electrical plugs these
days. It directs excessive impulses through the body and into the
ground. Feeling a bit of anxiety or
tension? Then kick your shoes off and walk around the
backyard!
