For many years, Sabo Lazanio has 

composed and recorded experimental 

Healing Music in Hong Kong.

Sabo's Healing Music is created specially

designed for people who practice Yoga,

Osho, Reiki, Tai Chi, Chi Kung, or Zen.

The music helps to pace the rhythms on

breathing, chanting, mediation, or 

spiritual exercises, and has been used

in many teaching workshops, and 

themes of dramas.

With more than 20 years experience in 

live band, studio, and teaching in Hong

Kong, Sabo Lazanio innovates his 

music, getting inspiration coming from

a wide range of musical styles from 

traditional Chinese to Western Jazz.

Sabo also has a deep understanding of 

Martial Arts, and teaches Chi Kung, Tai Chi, 

and Meditation in Hong Kong.
