They are built just like our wrist shackles/cuffs only larger to give a snug fit at the ankle. (please remember to include size of ankles when ordering.)

Yes we have them because we make them.
These sweet things are very similar to our wrist shackle/cuff but they are only one and three-quarters inch diameter. They will fit snug around the scrotum or other places.
