Layout:6/10You could make everything more organised,and a different font would jazz it up a bit.
Navigation:I really don't like these navigation systems,also,people who aren't that internet friendly will have trouble with them!
Content:7/10-some good stuff to keep you remotely interested.
Errors:9/10-some broken links,but that's about it.
Interactivity:not that much,try the JavaScript Scource for more interactivity.
Loading Time:3/10-ok,the fading things good but it's a little too slow.
