A little background on the question: August, 2003, my mom came home from a 5 week hospital stay after nearly dying from blood clots and surgeries for removal. Beings that I was 4 hours away, I wanted to see how Mom & Dad were eating. I started emailing the question as a game; partly to see what they were eating and partly to give her some ideas when she read what I fixed. I started sending it to some of my groups because I became curious what others ate! And, it just kinda grew from there.
