CYBER-HACKS is an informal critique, discussion and announcement list for all writers--from the budding neophyte to the seasoned professional. Our primary purpose is to create a low-key forum where we can network with other writers and help each other become not only better at our craft, but both get published and *PAID* for our work. I joined the Cyber-Hacks writing list in early '99. I've been on other writing lists, but NEVER have I found such a sense of family as there is on C-H. I've made quite a few friends there, some of whom I've met face to face. Whether I know them in person or just online, I'll always think of these people as friends. If you're a writer and are interested in possibly joining Cyber-Hacks, let me point you to a website that I designed where you can learn more about us as a group. The site has member bios, as well as photos from a couple of "Cyber-Meets" where some of us managed to actually get together in person and party. Let me stress that this is NOT a gay writing group. Most of the people on this list are straight. But though there is quite a varience of belief systems, religious and otherwise, the majority of people on this list are VERY openminded. :-) The C-H Member Bios/Photos Page If you'd like to get more complete information on Cyber-Hacks, you can go directly to the webpage created by the moderator of the list. |
