Finishing the day with the third fastest lap time of 1:20.400, Jarno completed a further 94 trouble-free laps in the EJ11 taking the total new chassis mileage to 2400 kilometres – about eight race distances !!

During the morning the team concentrated on aerodynamic mapping, moving on to chassis set-up, brake testing and tyre evaluation work for the afternoon.

Jarno will now head home for some well deserved rest, to be replaced for the final two days of the test by Heinz-Harald Frentzen.
