Heinz Harald Frentzen is fully aware that if Jordan are going to be competitive on a regular basis then the team had to secure a works engine. So far he is very pleased with one that Eddie managed to sign, the largest engine producer in the world - Honda. "Since I have been with Jordan I've kept on insisting how important it is to be a works team. If you want to play with the big guys you've simply got to have a very good instrument. Jordan has now found this instrument - and it seems to be not just any old instrument, but a kind of Stradivari." The German feels very confident that Honda is the engine to help Jordan, and indeed Heinz-Harald, to reach their goals, "I know that Honda achieves the aims that it envisages. I trust Honda implicitly. And now that Honda has made the decision to support a team in which I believe, I am confident we will put together an excellent package." Another factor which will allow Heinz-Harald to achieve his own goals is his team-mate, Trulli. Heinz has never been that impressive in qualifying, but Jarno is helping him to improve on the vital Saturday's work."Jarno was good for us. I've been in Formula 1 for a few years now, but again I saw that there is always the opportunity for me to learn something new. We pushed each other, which was really good for the team. And I am more satisfied for example with my qualifying performances in 2000 than I was in 1999. Perhaps thanks to the pressure from Jarno I succeeded in driving more perfect laps."
