Sailor Moon and her four Sailor Scouts (Mercury, Venus, Mars, and Jupiter) must save the Planet and her best friend Darien from the most evil and dangerous creature in the Universe; the bewitching and deadly, Kisenian Blossom. She appears as a beautiful, tiny flower, but looks can be deceiving!
Kisenian, traveling from a far away galaxy disguised as a meteor, aims to gather all the ‘positive’ energy from Earth and plant the seeds of ‘negativity’ leaving Earth full of hatred. But she cannot do it on her own. Kisenian preys on the vulnerable heart of Darien’s childhood friend, Fiore. Moon Child is actually a modern version of "Little Mermaid". There were several mermaids living among us on the earth and they actually came from other planets. The main female character, Benjamin, was a mermaid from the Moon and she was in the "pre-mature" form so when people saw her, they only saw a "tomboy"-like girl. The main goal of mermaids coming to earth was to produce eggs because in the outer space, there was no appropriate environment for the eggs to mature. Somehow, when these mermaids coming to the earth of 20th century, they found out that the environment on earth was no longer clean. The mermaids believe that the only way for them to propagate was first to have the child of Benjamin and Nashiu, whose father was the betrothed of Benjamin's mother but never married her because she fell in love with a human prince. Somehow, in the twist of fate, Benjamin lost her memory and was saved by Alex, an out-of-the-date dancer. During the days they spent together, Benjamin (or Jimmy, as Alex called her) fell in love with Alex, who only saw her as a child.
