~ Bio ~
"Thrilling" is one of the best steeplechasers to enter the Sim world in several years. He is not as big as some Thoroughbreds, but his big heart and will to win have carried him to many victories, along with his near perfect conformation and excellent jumping ability.

General
Very well-mannered, easy to handle stallion, much nicer than most of our other studs. I even occasionally take him out on a trail ride with some of our geldings, which he seems to enjoy. He will be doing a lot more trail riding now, since he is retired from chasing; we also may retrain him for eventing after he's had some time off at pasture.

On the Steeplechaser

Extremely well-accomplished as a steeplechaser, Thrilling has won a total of 10 Grade I stakes in his career, along with 5 other races. He earned over 4.4 million dollars and only ran out of the top three a mere four times in his career, which is extremely unusual in Sim. He has been voted both Horse of the Year and Reserve Horse of the Year in his category, Jump Horse, in the year 2006. He has done everything we have asked of him as a steeplechaser, win, place or show. He retired as one of the best steeplechasers in the Sim world and his legacy will live on through his foals and grandfoals.

On His Pedigree
Thrilling is very well bred with a strong Grade/Group One stakes winning pedigree for many generations.
His sire, ZAMOFF, is a New Zealand-bred stallion with a mixture of French, British, Irish, Italian and German bloodlines. Zamoff was a Grade I stakes winner on the track and is by ZAMAZAAN, a French bred stallion who was a five-time stakes winner in New Zealand. He is noted as one of the best 'stayers' ever imported to New Zealand.
He is out of DANCE OF LEAVES, a mare bred in Great Britian who was later imported to Ireland. She is the dam of CHARNWOOD FOREST, who was a multiple Group One winner on the track.

On The Sire
Thrilling has yet to be bred, although we are planning on having several foals by him in our next foal crop.
