I felt a strong need to do more Ruki fanart, since I've been looking on the Anipike for Ruki stuff and I found so little. And I was really annoyed at Ruki's mom for trying to stuff her into that idiotic dress. I wanted to draw her as the warrior she is.
This cg was a lot of fun to do, especially the blue flames. Something about the pose strikes me as a bit awkward, but overall I think this is the best cg I've ever done. Though that's not saying all too much :P

As soon as I saw Ruki in the first 03 ep, she was my favorite character. She's tough. (unlike Sora, or Mimi, or Yolei, or Kari...they can't whup up. Ruki can whup up. ergo, she is much cool ^_^)

Kachimon is a rookie-form digimon I created, also for Digifae's contest. The file seems to have been messed up somehow, hence the odd blip near his ears. I'll have to upload it again sometime and see if it straightens out.
Kachidramon is the champion form of Kachimon (aren't I original with names?). I did both this pic and the Kachimon pic in one sitting; I was concerned that they'd take a long time, but actually they were pretty quick since I kept the shading simple.

Another of my gijinka Veemons. Veemon is just so kawaii ^__^ The color scheme is opposite that of my other Veemon, but I think I like it this way better.

This is the kid from the Playstation game Digimon World, but several years older. I know practically nothing about the game -- I don't even know what this kid's name is -- but I saw some pics of him at Patamon's Pad, and he looked cute, so here he is.

Gijinka Gatomon. Yea, it's a boy gato...I have trouble drawing girls somehow. I like the shading here.

Seems like I'm doing a lot of gijinka stuff these days. This was faster than the Hawkmon one I did earlier today, because Veemon has less colors on him. I think it turned out better, though, which is why this is here and the Hawkmon one is in the junk section.

Yup, bring on the Hawkmon. He's just hanging out here in my Japanese notes. Funny thing is, I really don't like Hawkmon in the show -- his dubbed voice gets on my nerves -- but I like drawing gijinkas of him.
