I know you're in a better place,

A place where we'll meet someday,

But why is it so hard to let you go

I'll never hear your voice again,

I'll never feel your touch again,

for that….I'd walk ten thousand miles.

Why is it so hard to let you go?

Why is it hard to set you free?

Because I love you so dearly and you're in my heart

And that's where you'll always be.

Now I must learn to go on without you in my life,

I'll miss you every step of the way,

At least now you're happy in your new home above

Where I'll meet you, I know, someday.
