My Napping...

I take my napping very seriously, ladies and gentlemen. When I need to sleep, I do so BIG time. I hope all of you enjoy a good nap as much as I do, and just to help you along, here are some of my napping tips!

Well, there are a few things I recommend. First, eliminate the light from the room, or use a softer light, such as a red or a blue light. Personally, I like red light. You can get a red light-bulb from any hardware store. DO NOT use a heatlamp. Good, red light will preserve your night-vision when you open your eyes in the morning, or in the middle of the night, should you need to move around.Ayup. The next recommendation is Music. Something soft. Something soothing. Whatever makes you relax, naturally. I recommend Mars Lasar, Yanni, Solace, or any soft, classical sounds. I also have a CD of storm sounds that I just LOOOVE. Play it at low volume. If it's up too high, you will actually listen to it, rather than sleep.

No. Do NOT count sleep. Having owned a pair before, sheep are anything but relaxing. They're loud, they stink, they're obnoxious, rude, they piss everywhere, and they have a tendancy to pass their noises onto your sisters...

I've found also that getting SOMETHING to cover yourself with helps. Some like it, others don't. But I have to have something on top of me when I sleep unless I'm just BEAT.

Have any good ideas for sleeping? Pass them onto me!
Time to go back home!
