My Guitar...
I GOT A NEW GUITAR! It kicks even more ass than my last one did, and while my last one wasn't that good of a guitar, this one sure as shit is! Check it OUT!
That baby right there is a Squier Stratocaster, made by Fender. Three, single coil pick-ups, a maple fretboard, Fender Strings,, a Whammy, Five way directional sound, tone and volume controls, and a whole LOTTA testosterone.
It SO deserves a page of its own. I cannot stress enough to you the outlet that this guitar has been to me. It's a parallel for my father and I, it's release for me, and it increases my abillity to write DECENT songs ten fold. If not more. It's a Sekova. I use a Yamaha Analogue Tuner, patch cords, and a Digitech RP-100 Effects Computer, shown below.
Yes. My pictures are large and obnoxious. As they should be. I love my gear. From the effects box, I run a 1/4 patch cord down to a 1/8 pin and jack into the LINE-IN port on my Soundcard. From there, I blast sound out from my Boston Accoustics speakers. Once the signal's inside of my PC, I can convert it to MP3 format, add drums and various effects, and just sound BETTER. I have a name for myself. I like to call the group I 'am' Mirrored Insight. I'm currently creating instrumentals for a CD called opposite attractions. I have several of the songs recorded in MP3 format. For now, ask me and I'll get one to you. I hope to be able to host them online in the near future.
The old Guitar deserves a spot here too, so I'll put a pic in. But the new one's so much better...
