The history of Confederate Memorial Day in Macon, GA. Some 602 are buried at Rose Hill, another 175 are buried in nearby Riverside Cemetery.(Photo Steve Scroggins)
Grave of James J Theus, Co. C 59th GA Inf, at Bethel Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Taylor County, GA, near Butler. Theus is one of ten CSA soldiers known to be buried at Bethel.
