So my dear, what good moments we are now having here that we are sitting as souls! // When a Master comes among some people, he doesn’t speak to any body, mind, or intellect // because he has really no concern with the body, mind, and intellect. He awakens souls. // (He) then looks at the souls and souls look at him, and he talks to the souls and souls begin to listen and understand him. // But this language or this conversation is going on silently with no language and no voice. // It is generally called the “voice of silence”. // The Master goes on speaking the major part of his conversation, let it be seventy percent, to the souls. // The remaining thirty percent is there that he is to speak some language which is understandable to the minds and intellects // because we have not only souls, although we are dominating soul, seventy percent. // But this thirty percent which is to be handled consisting of the mind and intellect has also to be handled properly, // and some information is given that mind may know and that it may understand. Then it may feel that, “I should do it, otherwise I will suffer.” // It generally happens that the information which is given to the mind and intellect is not stable, but it is changing. // As you find sometimes that if you read some scriptures for a month or two, its effect is there upon your mind and intellect. // But after that, (if) you happen to contact some other kind of organization and you find knowledge of other scriptures, then your ideas and your thoughts will change. // Whatever is now impressing upon you, that is there effecting you, and that which is less impressive has got no impression upon your heart. // This is the reason that mind and intellect is not something (which is) to be really dependable, to be believed upon because it cannot check up what is real and what is unreal. // As you know very well that if there is a court case, you have to employ a very capable lawyer. // Court cases are not really decided by the judge on the merit of truth, but (on) the advocacy and how strong the advocator is. // So there are two sides fighting. One is on the truth and the other is a liar. // If the true one has got a good lawyer, strong lawyer, he will win the case. // But if the other side which is on the false side has a stronger lawyer, he will win the case. // Suchlike is the situation everywhere in this world. // Truth is not to be considered as truth till it is really advocated. // In this world the negative side is really strong // because it is ruling in this world. // Its impressions are so strong that God, truth, and what is in our favour are not working but that which is hard and negative to us, to hurt us, that comes in our heart. // Mind has got no understanding and no feeling. // So mind cannot check up what is really useful (and) what is not useful. // It is only under impressions - whatever kind it may be. // Therefore the situation of the human life, depending upon the condition of the mind, is not trustworthy and dependable. // Mind also brings impressions from the past lives. // As you would have seen last night also that there were some children who had very great possessions of some negative devils, // and they were working under their control. // Because these devils had got possession on the mind and intellect, they were successful to lead the life of the child in a negative direction. // The result was that the children were suffering, the parents were also suffering, and they were doing all negative things. // Then what is the result? Only suffering. // In this world there is no remedy for suchlike attacks of negative power. // Only God power is there which can nullify its effect and can weaken them. // All the people of this world are under this control. // Some are in some kind of bearable condition, and some are under some kind of unbearable condition, but all are under the control of the negative power. // Our thoughts, our actions, (and) our speech are all controlled by negativity, // and everything which we do, which we speak, or which we think is taking us to the side of destruction. // This is a very horrible state of human life. // But God is also in this human body, and when we come in contact with Him, then He will take possession of our system, He will really bless us with all good things, // and He will impress all wonderful impressions on our heart, mind, and intellect. // Mind and intellect will begin to work not in darkness but in the light of knowledge and wisdom from God. // In this world also in the outer situation, you cannot find anything good in darkness. You are losing everything and are to suffer only. // Darkness cannot be our lifestyle. // When there is light, then we can see, think properly, and work also properly. // If outer light is so important for our outer life, our inner light is also in the same way much more important for our great guidance. // This is the reason that all the Masters, all the saints have impressed upon (humanity that) your inner light (is) to be available and that inner sound which is the positive power of God is to lead your life. // Inside there should be practically no darkness at all. // Then our life will be led by the light and the sound, and it will never be subject to any kind of suffering, problem, or worries. // But this is very, very certain and important that in darkness we will always have to suffer. // In the scriptures it has been told that the outer light of the sun, moon, and stars is only useful when your inner light is available inside. // The outer light has only one aspect - that it can show you that you can act - // but cannot decide (for) you, cannot guide you what to do and what not to do. // It cannot tell you that, “This is good. This is bad. This is harmful, and this is useful.” // When you are caught up in some difficulty or problem, it has no power or helping factor for you. // But the inner light and sound is not only a silent spectator just to look at you, but it has its power. // Moment by moment it will guide you: “This is not good. This you are not to do. This is harmful.” // It will go on telling, “Go to this side. This is good. This is useful for you. This you will be able to enjoy.” // But if your mind still goes on insisting on the wrong side due to its past lives' impressions, it will hold you // and will take you to the right direction and will not let you go the way of destruction where we may suffer. // It is like a father who doesn't give only instructions to the child for good life but also follows the child, and wherever the child is not (acting) according to his instructions, he takes the child to the direction where he has to take the child. // So we are not to be under the mercy of blind, illiterate, and negative mind and intellect, // and not to live under the impression or control of the worldly circumstances. // In Indian scriptures it has been told, “It is easy to go on a path which has already been paved. // But take care. God has given you an independent lifestyle (and) you are not to follow the footsteps of other people. // Just go inside and ask, 'What am I to do? Which side am I to go?' // Perhaps it will tell you that you are not to go on this matted road which is a highway, freeway, but you may have to pave your own way through the wilderness. // Then don’t worry. Try to go along that way. God has given you this power to make a new way, wonderful highway, freeway for yourself // because that doer power in the form of holy light and sound has been given to you for your independent life under the direction of God.” // So we are not to live in the houses made by our parents or our ancestors, and we are not to use anything which is tradition from this world. // We have got our independent source of information which we are to get from inside, and then everything is to be independent, (receiving from) the inner sources. // Perhaps you may be the child of a king and you are living in the house of a poor person. // Your mind and intellect will not know that you are really a king and you have a great life because they have got no information about it. You are only under the impression that you are the child of a poor person. // Mind has only this impression, understanding, that you have a body and you are living in this world, this world is the only thing which is connected to you, and there is nothing better than that. // But when a Master comes, he gives awakening to your soul and opens out great wide vistas inside you which are so glorious, so wonderful, and so permanent with you. // Then you begin to feel that you belong to that great life, you are great, you are to enjoy over there, that is your lifestyle, and this world is just only garbage. // We may use this world for the physical body, but our self as soul is not to depend upon it. // There is nothing in this world to live upon; there is nothing that we can enjoy. // There is everything that we can not only live upon but we can also enjoy without any labors. // In this world we are having nothing; we have to earn something to live upon. // But inside, God has provided everything for us that we are only to share with Him and enjoy. // In your own home you have got some limitations. Your brothers, sisters, husband, or wife will say, “This belongs to me”, and you are to be careful to use your own things. // But inside in your wide, wide, great, great vistas, you have control and authority on everything. // Wherever you go, all the doors will be open for you everywhere, and everybody will greet you, receive you warmly. // You will be considered as a chief guest and an honorable one. // Everybody will like to serve you, and everything will be there for your service and for your use. // Nobody will ask you, “Where are you from? Who are you? Why have you come here?” // because the seal of God will be there shining upon your forehead, and everybody will find that it is the embodiment of God. // As God is respected and God is honored, you will also have the same respect and authority. // There we have got really our own greatness, own control, but in this world we will also have (these). // Even nature will be at our disposal. // Fire will be in our control; water, air, and other things of the world will also obey us. // There are examples that the water could not drown a person, and the person was sitting on water like on dry ground, // and that a person was put into burning fire, but the fire could not burn that person // because these properties of fire, water, or other things are under control // and when that controlling power comes into action, then the behaviours of these natural things will also be changed. // The surface of water can be changed into the surface of dry ground, // and dry ground can be changed into water. // Fire may be burning but you can sit in it and enjoy in it. // You can fly into the air as (if) you (would) have wings, and without wings you will be able to go anywhere. // Any kind of competencies which are looking to be impossible in this world are possible when we are connected with that great controlling power - God. // You can make another world of the same kind in which we are living. // We can change day into night and night into day. // We can change suffering into enjoyment, and those who are enjoying may continue (enjoying) forever. // If suchlike competencies have been given to us, then why shouldn't we try to achieve it? // When Masters came in the past, they not only told this but they guided humanity to find it. // There were so many people who could find (it) and did enjoy. // There are suchlike examples which are written in the scriptures, // but I want that you should be your own example. // What was possible with the Masters or with some people who had followed the instructions of the Masters, these are not only to be stories for you (but) you are to be yourself a living example. // I am sorry to say that in this time there is no suchlike living example in this world who may show that there is really a wonderful life which is also with us // because the negative power which is ruling in this world doesn’t allow us that we may be able to find and enjoy, and (that) other people may also know about it. // When this negative power will not be able to control and God power is there, then God will show Himself. // But some hearts of human beings are required by God which are prepared for this purpose. // God, that great creator power, is there in everybody, but it doesn’t find anybody to be worked upon. // All our hearts are suitable only for the working of the negative power and devils // because we are all minds (and) no one of us is soul. // Mind is the instrument of the negative power. // But our soul is pure enough to be used by God, and we will then be instruments of God. Then we will be able to enjoy everything from God. // As we have got this life of the body, mind, and intellect, why cannot we find the life of soul? // Our parents have worked very hard upon us, we have also worked upon it day and night, and then we had been able to go along with this life of body, mind, and intellect. // It is very hard, as you also know that life is not a bed of roses (but) it is a continuous struggle. // Day and night we have to struggle to survive (and) still it is hard. // But there is no other alternative and therefore we have to work hard only on this way of life which will still be a source of only problems, worries, and sufferings. // With any of our efforts, struggles, or which(ever) state we achieve in this world, there is no possibility that we can end our sufferings // and that we may be able to enjoy the real enjoyment and forever. // But it is very easy to work on the soul. // We are only to come in contact with God with our soul awakened by the Master. // All help is there. When we reach over there, we find everything. // Only the journey of the soul is there from this material world up to the fifth plane. // No one can go higher up because all those gates have been totally closed by the negative power // and the soul has been given suchlike poisons that it is lying unconscious. // Mind is free to control every situation and we are only to suffer. // But when Master appears in our life, then he awakens our soul and then also opens the gates of the kingdom of God. // Then the soul begins to travel on the way of life. It is encouraging that on the very first day of initiation some people are not only released from this body but they go up to the second (or) third region also. // On the very first day some people travel at least half the journey; others (travel) at least some (part). // Further we are to go along for about two hours or three hours daily devoting the time for this holy journey, // and when we go on putting in regular efforts upon it, then there is regular progress also. // But a traveller has to always attend to the destination, // and when we have our attention to some side objects, then we go sideways. // Then our journey is suffering (and) we cannot reach our destination. // So we have to very clearly understand our object of life - that we are to reach our own lifestyle where we can live and enjoy. // So this theoretical knowledge is also given to the soul which is made stronger and stronger in your feelings and understandings that you are to reach God, your higher self, and only there you can live and enjoy. // Life over here is like a dream. Now we are dreaming and at any moment the dream can be broken. // An Indian saint whose name was Kabir has given some kind of story of the human being. // There was a king who was sitting on his throne (among) all his audience and he was enjoying all his powers. // But suddenly he fell asleep and was dreaming that he was a leper in a very distressed condition. // All puss and blood were coming out of his body, all bad odor was there, and he was lying in some wilderness with nobody there to help him. // In this kind of life he was really suffering helplessly. // A dream has got such a condition that one feels that it is real and will continue - it is not a dream, it is reality. // That which is reality - which is not in the dream, but it is in the physical body - is not to be known. // In this way really we suffer in suchlike hard nightmares. // But when the dream is broken, then the king finds himself: “I am the king. // I am not diseased anymore, I am not a leper anymore, I am not in the wilderness anymore, not in poverty anymore. // That was the condition of my dream. It was not real. // I had misunderstood that it is my reality and I will have to suffer, but it was nothing.” // But this new phase of life which is of reality comes only when the dream is broken. // So it is explained in this theory of this dream that we are dreaming now in this physical body in connection with this worldly life. // We are going through a very low kind of life which is of struggles, problems, worries, ups and downs, and all uncertainty. // Our life is totally full of accidents and incidents. // Anything can happen at any moment to us, to our family members, to our businesses, or our other concerns. // Seldom our plannings are practical; otherwise we are compelled to suffer something opposite to our planning. We plan something but we have to do something else because the circumstances change. // So man is under some kind of compulsions which are not in our control. We cannot control (them but) they control us. // As if there is a prisoner, the prisoner cannot do as he may like. // But at any time the prisoner can be taken anywhere by the authorities and can be given any kind of treatment by those controllers // because the prisoner is under the control of some people who have no sympathy, no love, but (are) having a hard control. // The same is our condition. The controller, the negative power, has no love, no sympathy for us. // Rather it enjoys our sufferings; it has suchlike behaviour to us. // It will always arrange and create sufferings for us, and when we find sufferings and we are really destroyed, then it is very happy and feeling successful. // How can we feel like living in suchlike atmosphere? // We always feel like living in some place where there are our lovers, sympathizers, who have got something good for us that we may not suffer. // So where is that? That is inside us. // He is our father, he is our mother, he is our sympathizer, he is our lover, he is our life-giver. // He will take us away from sufferings and he will put us into a permanent life of enjoyment and peace. // He will take us out of this region and will place us in his own heart. // There we will be permanent indwellers and never we will be thrown outside anywhere else // because he has really love (and) he loves us more than he loves himself. // He will enjoy later whatever he has got with him, but he will first give us that we may enjoy. // In his protection we are protected, and in his care we are really safe. // This is reality, this is truth. We are to find this and enjoy. // But I am sorry (to say that) still your minds are strong and your soul is yet weak. // Mind is still successful to make you believe the outer physical life that, “This is good. You are to enjoy this. You cannot ignore this.” // But some voice is also there from the soul (saying), “Please meditate. Life is inside. You can find everything good inside. Outside there is only cheating action.” // This voice of the soul is there in everybody, but somewhere it is stronger and somewhere it is totally faint. // You would have also found that when you torture somebody or try to injure somebody, some power is there saying, “Okay, do it, finish it.” // But there is also a voice in you (saying), “It is not good. It is bad. You should not do it. You should be sympathetic, you should be loving, and you should try to be merciful.” // What are these? One is the voice of mind which is negative and which is pushing you towards all sins. But the other voice is also there of soul which is only for the good of you and of everybody. // But when we go on doing the commandments of the mind, the mind goes on getting stronger and stronger, and it goes on giving us the instigation towards sins more and more. // But when we begin to meditate and we are in connection with the holy light and sound, then soul becomes stronger in us, // and mind goes on getting weaker and weaker. // Then all the fragrance, peace, love, and goodness which are in the soul begin to help us and bless us, // and we are gradually changed to noble ones, wonderful ones // till totally the mind is under our control, is like a slave, and loses all its powers, and we are fully controlling it. // There we are living, there is the life. // So we are calling ourselves to be living when we live in this state of goodness for ourselves and also for others. // “In Him was the life, and life was the light of man.” // So my dear, you are to find this life which can be enjoyed by you and will be enjoyed by everybody. // This life which is going on with us now has to be improved. // So try for the better life according to the instructions of the Master, not according to the instructions of the worldly wisdom. // So real wisdom is the words of the Master and from your own soul when connected with the holy light and sound. // But the negative power will not let us be connected with the holy light and sound. // There is light and sound in everybody and in fullness, // but it has been made totally unavailable to us and we are only to confront the darkness. // With very special efforts from the Master, we are taken out of the darkness and are made to enter into the region where there is life. // Still the mind will go on dragging our attraction from the light and sound (so) that it is lost somewhere in the world. // Sometimes you would have found that you sit in meditation on sound, and sound is available // but just in (some) moments you lose your consciousness, you do not know where you are, sound is lost, and you are also lost. // The power of mind is still (so) strong that it can drag you out of the connection of the sound because the mind cannot endure it. // But it will be really your success when you are connected with the sound and it goes on keeping you, you are absorbed in the sound, you go on enjoying it, and never you feel unconscious or distracted from the sound. // Any worldly thoughts or distracting thoughts will not be able to enter your heart. // Otherwise the mind is very tricky and treacherous and will not let you be connected with the holy light and sound. // So this state - that our connection with light is permanent and our connection with sound is permanent - has to be established. This is our struggle which we are to put in. // He, who has conquered over this control of mind, has then conquered everything of this world, // and will have control even in the higher worlds up to the astral and causal even. // All the higher powers, the angelic powers, will also be at your disposal. // You will grow in your own life of soul, and at some time you will feel like claiming, “I and my Father are one.” // This is the lifestyle which has been bestowed upon you by our great Creator. // This is also told to you by Him through a Master. // It is really a great luck that we find a true Master and get the true information and true help from him. // Once you are connected with the true Master, he will never leave you, never forsake you. Forever he will keep you // because he doesn’t depend upon your response (but) he has his own power to keep you. // He has his own unfailing love and sympathy for you. // If you reject him, if you don’t like him and want to go away from him, you will not be able to leave him // because he knows that you will be destroyed without him, and he has got the power also to keep us. // So if there is really any good luck for us in this world, that is only one good luck: that we are accepted, initiated by a competent Master. // To enjoy this good luck, enjoy this holy gift, you are to go over there and get yourself connected and keep on for two hours or three hours in this connection of holy light and sound, // and you will find everything. // God asks us a question, “You are hankering after the world, worldly arrangements, and you are struggling in this world, but what could you find from it except sufferings? // But my dear, if you come to me, what wonderful, what nice, what valuable (and) glorious (things) will you not find from me which may be available anywhere else? // Stocks full of everything are there with me. You may go on using (them), you may go on distributing (them), and you may go on spoiling (them) also (but) I will never ask you any question (about that). // I allow you, rather order you, that you must enjoy my blessings. You must give (them) away, distribute (them) to others, and may also spoil (them) even // because my supplies will never fall (under) its own top level. // My duty is to keep my supply level always permanent at the highest state, and your work is only to go on using and enjoying it. // I am a permanent and lavish giver. You are to become a permanent and lavish spender.” // But this is said only about the blessings of God. // But in this world when you spend anything (which) you even earn with your efforts, you will have to pay the accounts. // You have to be very careful, very economical. Use as little, as little as possible of this world because anything you use has to be paid for. // There is nobody (who) gives to you. Everybody will give you something (only) on payment. // So you are to be very careful in using the things. We have to use (things) because we have to live the life of the body. // So Lord Buddha and other Masters have told us to be as simple, as simple as possible in this life, // and enjoy as much as possible, as much as possible as you like in the kingdom of God. // So my dear, this is what I want, this I like, and I have offered all these things to you so that you may enjoy forever and never suffer. // It is not me as my physical body (that) I am saying (this). It is that God power which is there in me and also in you. // The difference between your condition and my condition is there that in my condition that God power is awakened and in working state (and) in you only mind is yet awakened and God power is disconnected from you. // Otherwise everything that is in Master, there is the same in you // but he has worked upon (it), and you are yet in growth. // But there is all possibility for all of you to achieve that highest goal which Master has achieved. // Then you will be able to enjoy this human body life and also after leaving the body. // I am pleased that you are really feeling like meditating. // I have asked (you) last night also to meditate up to about twelve o’clock in the night, // and I could find that so many people of you had been meditating up to twelve or even after twelve. // I am happy that you feel like obeying my requests. // But I feel from my heart that you should do what I tell you, and you will enjoy. // What is from the Master, what he says to you, this will bless you. // What other people say or your mind or intellect will say will not be in your favour. // So please leave aside your mind, intellect, and also the instructions of the other people of this world, and follow what the Master says. // You have heard what I want to explain to you and it will remain in your heart. // But it can be that some things which have been told to your mind and intellect are not available anymore after some time. // But we have also to keep our mind and intellect in line because we cannot walk on the way of life without their cooperation. // So the tape recording is there. You can listen again to these words so that what is lost from the mind and intellect is again found. // In the weekly gatherings which are there generally convened, you should try to tell each other what one has forgotten. It may be reminded. // At other times also when two initiates are together, they should always communicate all these holy instructions from the Master, // and also to all other ones who are not yet connected (so) that they may also become seekers of truth. // Then you will be really great in this world and in great God. // Now, be great, be wonderful. // Okay? // The mind also likes to be wonderful and great, but mind will not make you great and wonderful in goodness, it will make you great in - I don’t want to say - devils. [Laughter] // That I don’t like and you should also not like that. // So be as great, as good, as wonderful as your Father is. // So you are not only to meditate here according to my instructions but you are to go on at all times even when you go back to your homes. // Master is always there with you, his sympathy and love is also there with you, and he will help you whenever you will ask for help. // So try to become instruments of the Master, not instruments of the mind. // Now please take your seats for meditations.
