Sailor Saturn Is Misteress 9 And She was feared by Sailor Neptune And Uranus. Little Hotaru Tomoe is the child of Dr. Tomoe. Who was useing her as the 'Salvern of Silance'. Cool evil guy. She is the best Sailor Scout because if she wants to kill her self she can use "Desth Ribion Revolution" and kill every one and herself. Doing that she destroys the world and/or kills her self. Her and her dad were once on the side of good, BUT there was an acident at Dr. Tomos lab and it almost killed Hotaru and he made a un-holy deal and so she could live. It was so Misters 9 lived in her so that one day control her. She comes into the show in Sailor Moon S where the outer senshi comes into play as well. |
