Each
product in the Sims serves a purpose to satisfy a need, however some products
are more efficient than others, however you are likely to pay more.
Advice:
- Your current funds, at first you have to buy a lot of things and you
only have 20, 000 to spent. Buy what you need to begin with
- Once you have more funds buy better products, e.g. a Plasma TV at 3,500
with allow your Sims to satisfy their fun needs in less time.
- If you look at the information for each item you will notice what the
product does, e.g. a lamp will light a dark room but some will increase
the room score, look for the room score in the information panel
- It is best to buy thoughtfully, some products can serve more than one
need and therefore you can get more for you money
