How to Catch a Thief

Having someone come and steal your property is a problem, or is it? Every time a Crook is caught on your property you receive 1000 simoleans.

If the crook steals from you lose the item but you get an insurance payout for the lost. However the Insurance payout is less than the item cost to buy. But here's how to make a 1000 simoleon profit!

Some security tips:

• Place Alarms near outside your house, not inside. Make sure that there is an alarm covering every door
  
  
• Test your alarm network when a thief comes round, (just don't save the game afterwards) make sure the thief is caught before he steals anything
  

When he is arrested you will receive 1000 simoleans reward!!!! Who says crime doesn't pay

If the thief is caught outside, he won't get to steal anything
