Uncle Raoul's House & Barn

Episode 13 of Season 1 (The Dog Catcher) featured Uncle Raoul's home.  In Season 1, this building was re-dressed to look like several other buildings.  The building is now gone, but the pathway leading down to the house and barn is still easily seen.

This is the same view looking South down the driveway, and towards the river. This picture was taken by Clayton Self in May of 2008.

This is the opposite view of the house and barn, facing North (1964).  The house and barn were totally dismantled and taken away. I did find some small boards with nails in them, but that's all that remains.

This is a picture I took in July, 2008.  I soon discovered that the problem with going in July is that the grass is over 3 feet high, which makes walking around a bit difficult.  I could have used a lawn mower.  I also discovered large trampled areas in the grass which made me wonder, "hmm, was that a bear or a deer sleeping here?"  I'm hoping it was a deer.
