Spicer came to live with us as a playmate for our first basenji, Sugar. They have been best buddies ever since.

Spicer always seems to find
  'the good stuff.'

In 1999, Spicer and Monica represented our county at the Ohio State Fair. They placed third in the Jr Grooming and Handling class.

Of all our basenjis, Spicer is the one best described as a clown. He is also the most affectionate and has convinced many potential basenji owners that a neutered male makes a wonderful pet.

In the spring, this pot was placed oh so perfectly in the middle of the table, filled with beautiful flowers.

Spicer decided it would make an oh so perfect bed!

This is my favorite photo of Spicer, who is 18" tall, in a 14" pot.

The smug tri is Harris, telling me, "See mom, I don't do all the bad stuff around here."

When Spicer is not sleeping in his pot he is up on the dogs' fort, surveying his domain.

Spicer's legs are very long, and so he is extremely fast.

Unfortunately, despite his pedigree, he will not lure course. Bags are just not fun to chase.

However, when a real, furry, bunny is sighted, he is relentless.
