Ada at the BCOA national specialty in Sept 2004

Ada is best described as a silly little clown. She is sweet and tail waggy and has barooed only a couple of times that we know of. She is very much like her mom Rosa, though not quite the Diva.

Ada has 4 pts towards her AKC champion title, including a major she won the same day as her half-littermate, Captain (on the left)

Ada has a 5 pt major towards her AKC Field Champion title also.

The Basenji Club of Northern California sold toy basenjis that were about the size of an 8 wk old pup. Parry would send one of each color, as they became available. Ada was so silly! She insisted on 'mothering' them. She licked their bottoms, licked where their umbilical cord should be and would let them lie next to her. She is now ready to be a real momma!
