Welcome to my Latino/Latina Literature Studies Page! I studied the themes, allegories, genres, and histories of Latin America and its literature in relation to colonial powers, the United States, and its effect on today's thinking. The following links lead to several essays about books and articles related to the study of Latino/Latina literature. I hope you find them useful if you're researching. I wouldn't use my site as a source since I'm merely one person (not exactly qualified to be a source), that is if you're writing a paper of some sort. I do recommend this site if you're looking for ideas (*ahem* ideas, not a place to copy from) to use for your paper. I have finaly put up my Latino/Latina paper, which is about the dichotomy of women's roles in Latino/Latina literature. It has proven to be a long and boring paper, but I think it's thorough, and well-written (meaning it's not overwhelmingly confusing). Now follow the links to see the essays and/or my paper.
