Mark Dobies made his daytime television debut on the CBS daytime drama Guiding Light on March 3, 2000 in the role of Dr. Noah Chase. Dobies, who holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Delaware Valley College and attended Eastern College for hospital administration, recently starred in the independent film Followers. His television credits include guest-starring roles on such shows as Everybody Loves Raymond, Just Shoot Me, Home Improvement, Any Day Now and Melrose Place. He also co-starred in the CBS made-for-television movie, In My Sister's Shadow, with Janet Leigh and Nancy McKeon. Dobies appeared with the Puerto Rican Traveling Theater in a production of What It Is. His other theater credits The Wager, K2, Hooters, My Thing of Love and Dylan. An avid athlete, Dobies competes in triathlons and enjoys scuba diving.

Mark Dobies is married to Linda Hill. They have two daughters named Francesca Alexandra (11/25/97) and Olivia Christine (04/17/00), and a son named Robert Mark (02/08/04).

Dobies, who plays the blues harp, was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. His birthday is April 3. 1
