Gohan's Story
Sorry about my english. I'm not good at writing anything.
Gohan is the first son of Goku and Chi-chi. He is the older brother to Goten. Well, since Gohan's story started even before Dragon Ball Z started I'll start there. Actually, the movie "Dead Zone" took place before Dragon Ball Z. In the movie dead zone, Gohan wears his favorite hat. The one with the dragon ball on it. The henchmen of Garlic Jr. are looking for the dragon balls. So, the henchmen kiddnapped him along with the dragon balls. Goku came to rescue him. In the meanwhile, he eat an apple which made him drunk so he sang a funky little song and fell asleep on the throne. Dude! I want that apple! Then he woke up and took a leak on Kuririn's head. Then Kuririn, took Gohan away so that he won't be in the way of Goku and Piccolo fighting. Kuririn was carrying Gohan but then triped on a rock and Gohan fell and was buried under a pile of rocks. Then when Garlic Jr. unleashed his dead zone where everybody will be sealed away in darkness forever, Gohan came to the rescue. Gohan got extremely pissed because Garlic Jr. was hurting his dad, Goku. (At this time Gohan was about 4 or 5 years old.) Gohan withstood the force of the wind pushing everybody into Garlic Jr. dead zone and he unleashed all of his power and pushed Garlic Jr. into his own dead zone. Then he fell asleep and when he woke up, he didn't remember anything that happened and thought that it was Goku who saved everybody from Garlic Jr. That's the end of the movie.
Now, on to Dragon Ball Z. Gohan is not in Dragon Ball
At the begining he is a whinning little annoying brat. He doesn't know how to fight or anything. Well, one day Goku and him were going to a reunion to meet all of Goku's dragon ball friends. So, they go to muten Roshi's island. There, Goku runs into his evil old brother, Radditz. Radditz kiddnapped Gohan and told Goku that if he didn't kill 100 people then he will never see Gohan ever again.Then Radditz put Gohan in his space pod (spaceship). Gohan cried and cried and cried. Then Goku and Piccolo came to the rescue and fought Raddtiz for a while. When they were losing, Gohan burst out of the space pod with great anger and rammed into Raddtiz armer and craked it. Thus leaving him with a weak spot. Then Gohan fell not remembering anything again. Radditz kicked him aside violently which caused him to became unconcious. When Goku died and the fight was over, piccolo took Gohan to train him how to use all that power stored within him to good use. He tought it would be useful to have him help them while fighting the saiya-jins approching earth. The saiya-jins were coming to earth to get the dragon balls. Well, Gohan was whinning and weak at first but eventually he learned to fight. During the saiya-jin fight, Nappa, Vegeta's henchman, was about to kill Gohan with a powerful beam because Gohan kicked him, but Piccolo got in the way and the beam killed him instead. Piccolo saved Gohan's life because Gohan and Piccolo became very good friends during their training together. Then while Goku was fighting Vegeta, Vegeta was beating the crap out of Goku. Vegeta fired a light in the sky, which caused Gohan to turn into a monkey. Gohan sat on Vegeta which rendered him powerless. After that fight, Gohan went to namek with Bulma and Kuririn to get the dragon balls to revive Piccolo and the others that died. On Namek they ran into Vegeta and Freeza. Before Goku fought Freeza, Gohan violently fought Freeza. He even used his most powerful attack at that time, the masanko. At this time he was about 6 or 7 years old I think. Well, he really damaged Freeza with his attacks. After Goku turned super saiya-jin, Gohan took the injured Piccolo to Goku's spaceship. Goku told him to leave the planet before it explodes from Freeza attack. Gohan refused to leave the planet because Goku, his father, was still on it. After Dende wished everybody back to earth, he fought Vegeta for a while. Vegeta was making fun of Goku for staying on Namek and dieing from the explosion of the planet. Gohan makes really good friends with Dende. When Dende wished all the Nameks back to a namek like planet, after the Freeza fight was finished...
This information may be a little off because I say this in Japanese only...
there was a cute little scene were Dende and Gohan say bye to each other. They hold hands and cry and say bye for about fifty times. Then, the only significant part from the movie, Tree of Might, that ties into the dbz story line is that Gohan made a new friend, higher dragon. It's a purple color dragon. In the Garlic Jr. saga (when he cames back to find Goku and Gohan), Garlic Jr. spreads and evil cloud of something around the earth wich makes everyone one evil. That is who ever touches it. Gohan wasn't touched by the cloud because he was riding higher dragon. Higher dragon senced the evil cloud and pushed Gohan in a little cave. Then he blocked off the cave by using his big butt. That is how Gohan was saved by the cloud. Kuririn was underwater when the cloud hit and I forgot about Piccolo. But anyway, those three were saved and they went to Kami's lookout (that's were Garlic Jr. was) and they fought him there. Gohan was fighting so hard there. He got angry again, unleashed his power and sealed Garlic Jr. in the dead zone once more. After that, he keeps sadding because Goku is not there. Then one day, he sences that Freeza is coming back to earth. Everybody scences it too. They go to the point where they think he will land and wait there. It turns out Freeza lands there but also someone else, Trunks. Trunks kills Freeza, Goku comes, Trunks tell Goku the story, blah blah blah. (For more details go to Trunks). Gohan trains with Goku and Piccolo, then he waits with Bulma when everyone goes to look for the androids. He takes care of Yajarobi and Bulma and baby Trunks.
I don't really know the rest because I haven't seen these episodes yet, so my info is based only on what I've read. If I'm wrong please inform me.
While fighting cell, (Bulma made #16 good), Cell crashed #16. That made Gohan super mad which made him the first one to turn SSJ2. I know Gohan turns SSJ in a the room of time and space but I'm not sure when. Umm...Cell means to kill Vegeta but Gohan saves his life but unfortuatly didn't save his own arm. He is the one that officially kills Cell. Goku didn't kill cell because after he killed cell, Cell built himself up agin from he own remaining cells. Then Gohan killed him finally with a fireball. Then later on, Gohan enters the Budoki discised as the Great Saiya-man, but he turned SSJ which blew his descise. Boo's henchmen saw him and sucked all the energy from him which caused him to became unconquises. When he became conquises he fights Boo, the evil one. But Gohan went to train with King Kai. When he completes his training with him he choses to wear his fathers clothes and goes to fight Boo. Gohan beats Boo and Boo self-desructs. But he really didn't kill him. They started fighting again, soon after Goku came back to life (see Goku for more details) and gave Gohan an earring which was supposed to make him be able to fuse with Goku but Gohan was eaten by Boo before he could put it on. Vegeta wears the earring and fused with Goku, they beat Boo. Ten years later, Gohan marries Videl, Mr. Saten's daughter, and has a five year old daughter, Pan. I know the info is not good but it's all that I've read. Once I see the episodes, I'll rewrite this part.
