It is my hope that the web pages educate us about the inter-relationships of "all eight islands" to mainland southern California (mainland is "OVERTOWN" as Catalina's Avalonians will tell you). I think that Blanche Trask tried to teach us about the "eight islands" and wild nature, and she was an "Islander" of 100 years ago.
