Smoked Summer Sausage

2 pounds of lean ground beef (RAW of course)
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon of garlic powder
2 teaspoon of liquid smoke
2 tablespoons of Morton tender quick
Mustard seed to taste

Mix all the above and refrigerate over night.
Make 3 rolls about 2 inches in diameter
Bake uncovered on a cookie sheet about
1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees
