-New New Zealand Telecom Phonecards

Hot off the press from Telecom New Zealand is a 5 card set of Friends of Mickey Mouse part 4 - Huey, Dewey and Louie.

They are frequent companions at home and on adventures to far-off lands. They can be a mischievous trio, playing tricks to goad Donald, their "Unca" into one of his famous tantrums. More often than not, however, Donald finds himself rescued from disaster from the more level headed trio.

Only 500 numbered presentation packs and 250 loose sets have been released.

The most recent releases of Dutch phonecards include 2 series:

· Dutch History (5 cards in total)

· Dutch popmusic (3 cards)

· Cards form the new company Telfort

Dutch History:

This will become a set of 5 cards. 1 card with a value of fl. 25,= and 4 cards with a value of fl. 10,=. They show the Dutch history from the Middle Ages until today. Already 3 cards have been released. (fl.25,= and 2 fl. 10,=). Every time a fl. 10,= card is sold out a new one will be released.

Dutch Popmusic:

This is a set of three cards (fl. 5,= / fl. 10,= / fl. 25,=). The fl. 5,= card comes out in low mintage (5000) and is only released in a mint collectors pack. At phonecards swap meeting you can buy these collector packs. The fl. 10,= and fl. 25,= cards have normal mintage and are sold for normal use.

Telfort cards:

At the moment there are a lot of new phone-companies active in the phone-business. Most of them in the mobile phone-business. One of them is Telfort. Telfort is a cooperation-company between British Telecom and the Dutch railway company NS.

They have poneboxes at all railway stations in Holland. In these phoneboxes you can make a phonecall with coins, credit-cards and phonecards.

However Telfort released their own phonecards (fl.10,= and fl.20,=) you cannot use these cards in the regular phoneboxes from KPN (former PTT) and vice versa.
