| Connecticut: After the wedding weekend, we left Watch Hill and headed toward Essex, voted the Best Small Town in America. We stayed at the Griswold Inn, open since 1776, and one of the six Original Historic Inns of New England. This was a great place to stay--we had a suite that was more like a one-bedroom apartment. Our favorite "amenity" was the remote-control fireplace. | |
