What quality setting should I use?

The images below were printed on an Epson Stylus Color EX printer from files directly from an Olympus D450z, then scanned to show the results of using higher resolution for images to be printed. This is a magnified view of roughly the results of making a 4" x 6" print from these files.

Depending on your monitor setting, the files are about a 3x magnification of the actual print size. The SQ (640 x 480) file was resampled to 200 ppi before printing, which results in a slightly better print on this printer, according to other tests.
