In this movie i see Jesus as a low Christology for several reasons. Some including his relationship with Mary Magdalene, his doubts about himself, never performed a miracle in the film, the movie shows his anger at the temple, and the movie doesn't tell the parables.
His relationship in this movie with Mary Magdalene seems like they are in a loving relationship. Jesus doubts himself several times throughout the movie. Also in the movie Jesus never performed a miracle like a Jesus portrayed of high Christology. Then When Jesus is at the temple he goes wild and flips the tables.
In Jesus Christ Superstar Jesus as three main beliefs.
A. Peace- When everyone in the movie is willing to fight for Jesus and Jesus just peacefully turns himself in.
B. Non-Violence- Again Jesus doesn't fight and decides not to battle at the end and allows it to be a non violent situation.
C. Kingdom of Heavan- Jesus taught how Heavan is not an earthly place but one of like a paradise. He can live with his father in peace.
