Daughter...or not?
Some people say that Chibi Chibi is the second daughter of Neo-Queen Serenity and King Endymion. She looks a lot like Serena, and has meatballs on her head too! She appears in a similar way as Reini, and is searching for someone to help her defeat Galaxia. She can't talk and can only say,"Chibi." She is way adorable though!
Heartseed...whatever that is!
The other thought is that Chibi Chibi is Sailor Galaxia's heartseed. Before Galaxia turned evil and absorbed Chaos to stop it's destruction of worlds, she sent out her heartseed, which formed Chibi Chibi. She sent her to find the warrior who can save the world. When Serena was battling Galaxia, Galaxia destroyed the Silver Crystal Sword (???). Chibi Chibi then turned into another sword and helped Sailor Moon defeat Galaxia.
