Terminates a session.
Syntax
LOGOFF
/?
LOGOFF
[session_name
| session_id]
[/SERVER:server_name]
[/V]
Parameters
- session_id
(NTXP)
- The ID of the session.
- session_name
(NTXP)
- The name of the session.
Switches
- /?
(NTXP)
- Displays help.
- /SERVER:server_name
(NTXP)
- Specifies the Terminal server containing the user
session to log off (default is current).
- /V
(NTXP)
- Displays information about the actions performed.

DATE
/T - Display or set the date.
TOUCH - Change file timestamps.
Equivalent Linux BASH commands:
echo - Display message on screen.
select - Accept keyboard input.
Notes
The date is stored in the US mm/dd/yy format.
